Right pseudoptosis due to small malformed globe. The right orbit is also small due to the small globe volume.
Shrunken and disorganized globe.This 4 year-old girl was born with a disorganized right globe. Consequently, the right orbit was small giving to facial asymmetry. Enucleation was performed and an acrylic ball was inserted to improve the facial appearance.
